Directors Shareholdings
The Company announces that share options under the Jourdan 2000 (Unapproved)
Scheme have been granted to Mr Robert Morris, Managing Director, over 50,000
ordinary shares of £1 each and to Mr Jon Pither, Deputy Chairman, over 20,000
ordinary shares of £1 each. These options have an exercise price of £2.35 per
share and are exercisable for seven years from 28 September 2009.
In addition, Mr Morris has surrendered on 13 October 2006, options to subscribe
for 6,976 ordinary shares of £1 each granted on 9 November 1998 under the
(Approved) 1984 Executive Share Option Scheme. The options were exercisable for
seven years from 9 November 2001 at a price of £4.30 per share.
Mr Morris holds 84,500 ordinary shares in the Company representing 2.61% of the
issued share capital and Mr Pither holds 75,500 ordinary shares in the Company
representing 2.33% of the issued share capital.
